About This Room

Located inside of the Castle of Berat only 100m from the main entrance. A House that dates since the 17th century, was fully reconstructed in 2005 with a beautiful mix of modern and traditional Architecture.Not just a place to stay, A little paradise. Not just a place to stay! … a small museum, a family culture, freedom and serenity. A little paradise!

The neighborhood
The location of the house is an advantage not only for its proximity to the historical areas in the castle but also for the environment and relaxing surrounding views.

The house is bordered by typical castle houses in continuity, by the magnificent nature, pine fields, by the river, mountain and city view. With a plain and family garden within the walls of the house, the environment is expanded further in nature by offering opportunities for nature walk, picnic in the nearby fields, cycling, camping, amateur football or hiking. Since its beginnings in 2005, the guesthouse has offered a relaxing and very friendly habitat. A special care and attention is given to accommodation and service for all our guests. We welcome guests with homemade traditional liqueur and season jam.
The Accommodation is a two floor building.

The first floor, which is half underground, includes a “House inside the House” with a private entrance. Standard double room (a double and a single bed) and a mini salon with a fire place.

On the second floor, first thing to note is a big veranda where you feel the breeze which comes from the pine trees, listening to nature and bird’s sounds or using this space for Yoga. In this Floor, the entrance leads to two rooms with capacity for three people each (with a double and a single bed, air conditioned) with a common bathroom. Between the two rooms there is also a mini museum with old traditional family objects which are part of the family and city culture.

Another private entrance to the second floor is furnished with two bunk beds (capacity 4 persons), air conditioned, bathroom and a reading room.
